Just When I Needed a Boost
I got the best letter recently. One of our DPL family wrote about their debt situation. Seems they were in quite a pickle. So much debt - their banker told them that with their income, their debt and all the related fees and interest rates it would take them 235 years to pay it off. ( I thought I read wrong, and even double checked that wasn't supposed to read 235 months. Yes indeed, he told them 235 years.)

Feeling so pathetic about their situation and wanting more than anything to prove the banker wrong, they set out to turn their situation around. In just two years they were debt-free. They did it! No lottery winnings, no inheritances ... just good old hard work and determination.

Reading that letter sent my spirits soaring and confirmed to me why I'm doing what I do. Today my heart is filled to overflowing!
